After launching the AllDevJobs.com Blog, I decided it would be a heck of a lot more fun to give away a copy of Things for Mac to 5 lucky email subscribers. To read the details and enter the contest, please visit the new AllDevJobs.com Blog.

I was in the process of transferring MashedJobs.com to its new owner (recently sold on Flippa) and while I was working in my GoDaddy account, I thought it would be fun to go through the list of domain names I own and list them all here with an explanation of why I own them. My son is the most awesome little guy I’ve ever met (and I’m not biased of course
. We recorded a short video to discuss some things J. J. likes and what he is thankful for. He has a cleft palate so some of the sounds you hear him make in this video are replacement sounds for ones he cannot produce. With the launch of my latest theme, Aperturious, I knew this one was going to be difficult. This is the first theme I’ve released since my dad passed away suddenly one week ago today. First time for everything.
If you’ve been following my twitter stream this weekend, you know that Kyle Steed came into town to hang out. It was really nice to meet Kyle in person and show him a little bit of St. Louis. We had the chance to talk design, work on a project together, take the Anheuser-Busch brewery tour (can you say free beer?), take some photographs around town, head to a Cardinals game, and enjoy some great meals in the Central West End and the Hill. Kyle met my crazy kids and lovely wife and won a Jameson Irish Whiskey t-shirt at Bar Louie.
Make sure to check out Kyle’s St. Louis Flickr set and new website.
